Crunchyroll has confirmed that the anime adaptation of Hanaori-san Still Wants to Fight in the Next Life will feature a same-day English dub. The series, a high-concept reverse-isekai, begins its rollout this Saturday, allowing viewers to catch the dub alongside the Japanese broadcast.

Voice director Jerry Jewell leads the English production, with Mauricio Ortiz-Segura starring as the former demon king-turned-NEET, Ryusei, and Kelly Greenshield voicing his reincarnated nemesis, Meteor. The supporting cast includes Rebecca Danae as Mako, Lexa Childress as Sakura, and Emi Lo as Moe. The dub production team includes adaptation supervisor Bonny Clinkenbeard and engineers Gino Palencia and Brandon Peters.

Produced by LIDEN FILMS under the direction of Hideyo Yamamoto, the show adapts Hekiru Hikawa’s seinen manga. The series blends comedy and romance by forcing a retired demon lord to navigate modern high school life alongside the very hero who once defeated him. With series composition by Yukie Sugawara and a score by Yukari Hashimoto and R・O・N, the show brings a fresh perspective to the reincarnation genre.

Following its Japanese television debut on July 11 via the Animazing!!! block, the series will be available for streaming across North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, CIS, and India. While the anime sets the stage for this clash of worlds, readers can also pick up the source material when Seven Seas Entertainment releases the first English omnibus volume this October.
