The Bless television anime is officially slated for a January 2027 premiere, with the production team confirming its home on Fuji TV's prestigious Noitamina programming block. During the Aniplex One Focus livestream, the series unveiled its first teaser visual alongside character-focused promotional videos for its two leads: Tomohiro Ōno, who will voice Aia Udagawa, and Chiyuki Miura, cast as Jun Sumisaki.
Production is currently underway at A-1 Pictures, with Shōtarō Kitamura, known for his work on Makeine: Too Many Losing Heroines!, serving as director. The creative team features a robust lineup of industry veterans, including series composition writer Fukurou Kamiza and character designer Honoka Yokoyama, who also serves as chief animation director alongside Tetsuya Kawakami and Reina Iwasaki. The series' musical score is being handled by composer Ryō Yoshimata.
Beyond the anime, the franchise is expanding its reach with a live-action adaptation scheduled for a worldwide release on Amazon Prime Video in spring 2027. The original manga by Yukino Sonoyama, which explores themes of beauty and self-definition within the fashion industry, has maintained steady momentum since its 2022 debut, currently boasting over 1.25 million copies in circulation.
