Iruma-kun: If Episode of Mafia has confirmed that the television anime adaptation will begin airing on NHK-G on January 4, 2027, at 11:00 p.m. This spin-off, which reimagines the protagonist Iruma as a youth integrated into the Babyl Mafia under Don Sullivan, is produced by Tatsunoko Production and NHK Enterprises. The production staff includes director Keiichirou Kawaguchi, series composer Kazuyuki Fudeyasu, and character designer Kenji Fujisaki. The project adapts the spin-off manga by hiroja, which has been serialized in Bessatsu Shounen Champion since September 2023. Kodansha USA, which announced its English license for the manga at New York Comic Con 2024, continues to release the collected volumes in English.
