Crunchyroll announced the English dub for Classroom of the Elite: Year 2 will begin streaming on April 15, with the first four episodes available on launch day. This new season, also known as Yōkoso Jitsuryoku Shijō Shugi no Kyōshitsu e 4th Season 2-nen Sei Hen 1 Gakki, adapts the first semester of the students' second year at the Advanced Nurturing High School.
The English voice cast sees the return of many familiar actors, including Justin Briner as Kiyotaka Ayanokoji and Felecia Angelle as Suzune Horikita. Other returning cast members include Tia Ballard as Honami Amasawa, Dallas Reid as Manabu Hirata, and Eric Vale as Ryūen Kakeru. Helena Walstrom is directing the dub, with Samantha Herek producing the adaptation.
The fourth season of the anime franchise premiered in Japan on April 1. The series is animated by Larche, with Noriyuki Nomata directing and Yasushi Shigenobu overseeing the scripts. The season features an opening theme song "MONSTER" by Eir Aoi and an ending theme song "Liar Veil" by ZAQ.
