The November issue of Hakusensha's LaLa DX magazine has confirmed that Yuki Kure’s romantic comedy manga, Ayame-san Chi no Geshuku-nin, is approaching its conclusion. The final installment is scheduled to appear in the magazine's next issue, which hits shelves on December 4.
Launched in June 2025, the series follows Megumi, a high school student who takes on the role of an apartment complex owner. Her life takes a turn when she finds herself living alongside five handsome, eccentric tenants. The manga’s first compiled volume was released by Hakusensha earlier this year in April.
Author Yuki Kure is a veteran of the shojo genre, perhaps best known for her extensive work on the La Corda d'Oro franchise. Her history with that series includes the original 17-volume manga adaptation—which saw a North American release via Viz Media—as well as several spin-offs and arcs, including the Kin-iro no Corda Daigakusei-hen and the Encore Arc. With Ayame-san Chi no Geshuku-nin now wrapping up, it remains to be seen what project Kure will focus on next.
