The supernatural action series Ghost Fixers is nearing its conclusion. Following the release of the 99th chapter on the Shonen Jump+ platform this past Friday, it was confirmed that the manga will wrap up its story in the upcoming 100th chapter. While initial notices on the platform contained a date error, the final chapter is officially slated to arrive on October 16.
Created by Yasuki Tanaka, the series debuted on Shonen Jump+ in March 2024. The story centers on Hifumi, a middle school student living in Mikurigaoka New Town, a location plagued by supernatural entities known as ghosts. The series follows his efforts to "correct" these phenomena alongside a mysterious new arrival in town.
Tanaka is perhaps best known for his previous work, Summer Time Rendering, which concluded in 2021 after a four-year run. That series saw significant expansion beyond its original manga format, including a 2022 anime adaptation directed by Ayumu Watanabe and a dedicated console game released in 2023. With the conclusion of Ghost Fixers approaching, readers can catch up on the entire series via the MANGA Plus service, which provides official English-language access to the chapters.
