The Shiki-hime, Hajimemashita: Shōkan Sareta Sekai de Haru o Tsukasadoru Oshigoto Shimasu manga has officially concluded. The final part of its last chapter was published on May 20 via Square Enix's Manga UP! platform, bringing the series to a close.
Written by Mochiko Mochida and illustrated by Satsuki Urushiji, the manga follows Hana Tōno, a 34-year-old contract worker who, after losing her job, is transported to another world. In this new realm, the seasons are controlled by human effort, and Hana is offered the role of the "Spring Princess." She is assigned a knight who serves as her attendant and potential spouse, and Hana aims to excel in her new position to find a way back home.
The manga, which began serialization on Manga UP! in 2022, is an adaptation of Mochida's original web novel series. The web novel was originally published on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website between 2018 and 2020. Square Enix released the third compiled volume of the manga in October 2024.
