The television anime adaptation of Kazuto Mihara's World Is Dancing manga has unveiled a batch of new cast members, its ending theme song, and a third promotional video. The series is slated to begin airing on July 2 at 10:00 p.m. on Tokyo MX and KBS Kyoto, with subsequent broadcasts on BS Asahi, Sun TV, and other networks.
Joining the previously announced cast are Kenichirou Matsuda as Yoriyuki Hosokawa, Katsuhisa Houki as Elder, and Haruo Yamagishi as Samanosuke. Additional voice actors include Soushirou Hori as Mantarou, Kousuke Echigoya as Senri, Kaito Udagawa as Toshigo, and Reiou Tsuchida as Hifumi.
The ending theme, titled "Na mo Nai Hana," will be performed by the rock band hockrockb, known for their work on Shinobi no Ittoki. This song is featured in the newly released third promotional video, which also offers a glimpse of the anime's narrative and characters.
Directed by Toshimasa Kuroyanagi at Studio Cypic, World Is Dancing features series composition and scripts by Sawako Kawamitsu, character designs by Keigo Sasaki, and music by Daisuke Shinoda. The original manga by Kazuto Mihara concluded serialization in Kodansha's Morning magazine in March 2021, with its final volume released in November 2022. Kodansha USA has also licensed and published the series in English.
