Ikumi Nakamura's Unseen studio has debuted the first gameplay trailer for its upcoming title, Kemuri. The trailer premiered during Sony's State of Play livestream, offering a glimpse into the game's mechanics and world.
Kemuri will allow players to hunt Yokai either solo or in co-op groups of up to three. The game is slated for a 2027 release exclusively on the PlayStation 5.
Nakamura, known for her work on titles like Okami, Bayonetta, and directing Ghostwire: Tokyo, established Unseen studio in 2022. Her extensive background in art direction and concept design across various high-profile projects suggests a unique artistic vision for Kemuri.
