Tomohiro Yagi has launched his latest manga, Hitoner, on Shueisha's Shonen Jump+ digital platform. The new series debuted on Wednesday, offering readers a story centered on a solitary human visitor to a distant planet inhabited by anthropomorphic, animal-like beings and their heartwarming interspecies relationships.

Yagi is recognized for his previous works in Shonen Jump, including Iron Knight and Red Sprite. The latter manga ran in Weekly Shonen Jump from August to November 2016, concluding with two collected volumes.

Viz Media previously offered early access to Hitoner by previewing its initial three chapters in the digital Weekly Shonen Jump magazine as part of its "Jump Start" initiative, subsequently adding it to their regular weekly serialization lineup.
