Alongside the video, the studio launched a dedicated 70th-anniversary website. The portal serves as a comprehensive archive of the company’s history, featuring a message from president Katsuhiro Takagi. In his statement, Takagi expressed gratitude to the staff and supporters, framing this anniversary as a foundation for the company's future goals leading toward their centennial.
From early experiments like 1958's The White Snake to the 1963 debut of their first television series, Ōkami Shōnen Ken, Toei has remained a pillar of the industry. Their production history reads like a roadmap of anime history, encompassing genre-defining hits such as Dragon Ball, One Piece, Sailor Moon, and the long-running Precure franchise.
