The Insipid Prince's Furtive Grab for The Throne anime has expanded its voice cast with the addition of Yūki Kuwahara as Christa Lakes Adler and Masahiko Tanaka as Sebastian. The series is slated for a July premiere.

Kuwahara, known for her roles in The Demon Girl Next Door and Sound! Euphonium, will voice Christa Lakes Adler. Tanaka, a veteran actor with credits in Vinland Saga and One Piece, takes on the role of Sebastian. They join a cast that includes Yūma Uchida as Arnold Lakes Adler and Kikunosuke Toya as his twin brother Leonard.

The anime adapts Tanba and Yuunagi's light novel series. The story centers on Arnold Lakes Adler, the seventh prince of the Adrasia Empire, who is publicly seen as incompetent. However, he secretly operates as SILVER, one of the continent's top-ranked adventurers, working behind the scenes to support his twin brother's claim to the throne. The series is being directed by Yūji Yanase at Maho Film, with series scripts by Kazuyuki Fudeyasu and character designs by Kazuko Tadano.

Kadokawa publishes both the light novel and its manga adaptation. The 10th volume of the manga is scheduled for release on July 10. The anime's premiere will bring this fantasy adventure of political intrigue and secret identities to screens this summer.
