The anime adaptation of Yoneori's light novel series, The Forsaken Saintess and Her Foodie Roadtrip in Another World, has received a teaser promotional video. Happinet released the video, which confirms the series will premiere on television in July.

The story follows Rin Takanashi, a thirty-year-old office worker with a passion for camping and RPGs. Sora Tokui is set to voice the protagonist Rin Takanashi, with Yūki Ono providing the voice for Vil. The anime is being produced by EMT Squared, with Atsushi Nigorikawa directing. Takashi Aoshima is handling series scripts, while Akane Nitou's original character designs are being adapted for animation by Izumi Ishii.

Further staff details include Hiroto Morishita as sound director at Bit Grooove Promotion, and Kana Utatane composing the music with Lantis producing. The light novel series began serialization on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website in 2019 and was published by Kadokawa starting in 2020, with its sixth volume released in May 2024.
