The production team for the television adaptation of The Eternal Fool's Words of Wisdom announced that Minori Fujidera has joined the voice cast. Fujidera will portray Rina, a resident of the ruined village Falltown who combines sword combat with latent magical abilities. This announcement accompanies the reveal of the project's main visual. The series, directed by Keisuke Ōnishi at Studio Elle, features Toshiyuki Toyonaga as the protagonist Asley and Yōko Hikasa as his familiar, Pochi. The production staff also includes Kurasumi Sunayama on scripts, Yumiko Mizuno on character design, and Yuri Habuka composing the music. The anime is set to premiere in January 2027. The source material, written by Hifumi, concluded in 2019, while the manga adaptation by Fuh Araki is currently published in English by J-Novel Club.
