The Duke's Son Claims He Won't Love Me Yet Showers Me with Adoration anime has revealed two new cast members: Makoto Tamura as Stim, the Royus family's long-serving servant, and Maaya Uchida as Tanja, an efficient maid.
The series follows Elsa, the daughter of a fallen aristocrat, who is bewildered by a marriage proposal from the elite nobleman Julius. Post-wedding, Julius undergoes a stark change, coldly informing Elsa he has no intention of loving her. The anime stars Yui Ishikawa as Elsa Eukrainen and Sōma Saitō as Julius Royus, with Kaito Ishikawa, Chika Anzai, Hibiku Yamamura, Junya Enoki, Ryōhei Kimura, Ryōta Suzuki, Daisuke Namikawa, and Mariko Kouda also in the cast.
Directed by Hitoyuki Matsui at studios Zero-G and Grass, the production features series scripts by Tomoko Konparu and character designs by Yūko Yahiro. MICHIRU is composing the music, and Saber Links is handling sound production. The manga, created by Kei Misawa and Natsu Mizuno, debuted in February 2021 and has five volumes released, with Flex Comix also offering it in English.
