Two new voice actors have been added to the cast of the upcoming anime adaptation of The Duke's Son Claims He Won't Love Me Yet Showers Me with Adoration (Kimi o Koi Suru Ki wa Nai to Itta Jiki Kōshaku-sama ga Nazeka Dekiai Shitekimasu). Hibiku Yamamura will voice Rebeka Rikkonen, and Junya Enoki has been cast as Hannes Eukrainen.
The romantic comedy anime is set to begin airing in July on TV Asahi and BS Asahi. The main cast previously announced includes Yui Ishikawa as Elsa Eukrainen and Sōma Saitō as Julius Royus, with Kaito Ishikawa and Chika Anzai rounding out the cast as Jarmo Parnilla and Serafiina Parnilla, respectively.
Animation duties are being handled by studios Zero-G and Grass, with Hitoyuki Matsui directing. Kaoru Suzuki is credited for planning technical direction, while Tomoko Konparu is overseeing the series scripts. Yūko Yahiro is designing the characters, and MICHIRU is composing the music. Saber Links is responsible for sound production.
The manga, created by Kei Misawa and Natsu Mizuno, debuted in February 2021. It follows Elsa, the daughter of a fallen aristocrat, who accepts a marriage proposal from the elite nobleman Julius. However, after the wedding, Julius's demeanor drastically changes, and he declares he has no intention of loving Elsa, despite his continued adoration.
