The ongoing fourth season of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime has unveiled new details for its upcoming second part. A fresh promotional video and visual showcase what's to come, alongside the announcement of the new theme song artists. Daoko will perform the opening theme "TACTIC," while Azusa Tadokoro is set to sing the ending theme "Hymnal."
The season, animated by Studio 8-Bit, is planned for a substantial five-cour run, with its initial two cours broadcast consecutively. The series, a fan favorite holding an 8.29 on MyAnimeList from over half a million voters, continues its adaptation of the popular light novel series.
In related news, the Blu-ray release for the anime film That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime the Movie: Tears of the Azure Sea is scheduled for September 25 in Japan. The film previously screened in theaters internationally in May.
The franchise has seen consistent output, with That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 4 premiering on April 3rd and streaming on Crunchyroll. This latest season follows the events of the third season, which concluded its two-cour run earlier this year, and the three-episode OVA That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime: Coleus' Dream.
