The upcoming anime adaptation of Tempal: Item no Chikara, widely known as Overgeared, has expanded its cast list and released a third promotional video. Joining the production are Yuki Murata, who will voice Irene, and Yurika Hirayama, cast as Isabel. These updates arrive just ahead of the series' scheduled premiere on October 2, where it will begin airing on Tokyo MX and BS11.

Directed by Ayako Kouno at J.C.Staff, the project features a veteran creative team including series composer Kenta Ihara and composer Yoshiaki Fujisawa. The new promotional video offers a fresh look at the animation style and character designs by Ryousuke Tanigawa, building on the visual identity established in previous teasers.

While the anime is set to debut this fall, the source material has already seen a massive global footprint. The original web novel concluded its decade-long run in early 2024, and the webtoon adaptation remains a staple on platforms like Tapas Media. With the physical volumes published by Ize Press continuing to roll out, the anime serves as the latest expansion for a franchise that has already established a significant presence in the action-fantasy genre.
