The upcoming television adaptation of Tempal: Item no Chikara, widely known as Overgeared, has confirmed its broadcast debut for October 2. Ahead of the premiere, the production team released a second promotional video that offers a first listen to the opening theme song, "SATISFY," performed by the pop-rock band Re:name. The ending theme, "Ray of Emotion," will be performed by virtual singer TAO.

Alongside the trailer, six new cast members were announced to join the ensemble. Riho Sugiyama will voice Jishuka, while Masaaki Mizunaka takes on the role of Tovan. The supporting cast is rounded out by Kou Bonkobara as Regas, Masaya Fukunishi as Vantner, Kouhei Amasaki as Pon, and Shunichi Toki as Faker.

The series is currently in production at J.C.Staff under the direction of Ayako Kouno, known for her work on Sword Art Online: Progressive. Kenta Ihara is overseeing the series composition, with character designs provided by Ryousuke Tanigawa and a musical score composed by Yoshiaki Fujisawa.

This adaptation brings the expansive world of the original web novel and webtoon to the screen. The source material, which concluded its long-running serialization in 2024, has been a staple in the digital fantasy space for years, with English releases currently managed by Ize Press and Tapas Media.
