Bandai Namco Entertainment unveiled Bob as the next character joining Tekken 8's Season 3 roster via a gameplay reveal trailer at EVO 2026. Bob will be available through early access starting August 19, with a full release scheduled for August 24.
This trailer showcases Bob alongside other Season 3 additions, including Kunimitsu, who launched earlier in June, Roger Jr., slated for a fall release, and Yūjirō Hanma from the Baki series, expected in early 2027. These characters follow the Season 2 additions of Anna Williams, Fahkumram, Armor King, and Miary Zo.
Tekken 8 arrived in January 2024 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. The game's narrative picks up six months after the events of Tekken 7, continuing a franchise recognized by Guinness World Records for its enduring story. Prior DLC characters have included Eddy Gordo, Lidia Sobieska, Heihachi Mishima, and a crossover appearance by Final Fantasy XVI's Clive Rosfield.
