The Stardust Telepath manga by Rasuko Ōkuma will conclude its run in its seventh compiled volume, as announced in the sixth volume released Friday. The four-panel comedy series, which began serialization in Houbunsha's Manga Time Kirara magazine in July 2019 after its debut that May, follows the socially anxious Umika Konohoshi and her encounters with a transfer student who claims to be an alien.

The manga's conclusion comes after a period of significant franchise activity. An anime adaptation produced by Studio Gokumi aired in Fall 2023, running for 12 episodes and streamed internationally by Crunchyroll. The series also received a live-action television adaptation in June 2024.

Hoshikuzu Telepath, as it's known in Japan, was a nominee for Best Printed Manga at the seventh Next Manga Awards in 2021. The anime adaptation holds a 7.17 score on MyAnimeList from over 18,000 voters.
