The long-running spin-off series Puchimas!: Petit iDOLM@STER is set to conclude its lengthy tenure in Dengeki Maoh magazine. According to an announcement from the publication's official social media, the four-panel comedy manga by Akane will wrap up with its 200th chapter, slated for release on December 25.
Since its debut in July 2008, the series has served as a whimsical companion to Bandai Namco's core The iDOLM@STER franchise. While the 15th volume was released by Kadokawa in December 2024, readers can expect the final 16th volume to hit shelves in February 2027, marking the definitive end for the title.
Beyond the printed page, the series saw significant screen time during the early 2010s. The property inspired a 64-episode net anime adaptation in 2013, followed by a 74-episode sequel in 2014. These were supplemented by several OVA releases, including the Fuyu→Kotatsu←Haru project and additional episodes bundled with the manga's 10th and 11th limited editions.
This conclusion arrives well after the 2011 A-1 Pictures television adaptation and the 2014 feature film, The iDOLM@STER: Beyond the Brilliant Future, established the franchise's broader visual identity. With the manga now reaching its final chapter, it closes a nearly two-decade chapter for the series' spin-off history.
