Shōko Nakagawa is set to perform the second ending theme song for the television anime The Classroom of a Black Cat and a Witch. Titled "Twilight Magic," the song will serve as the ending for the anime's second cours, which began airing in April. Nakagawa herself debuted and performed the track during her 20th anniversary concert.
TeddyLoid handled the composition, arrangement, and writing for "Twilight Magic." The song is scheduled for a digital release in July, with a CD release following on September 9. This marks a new musical contribution to the series, which also features ASCA's opening theme "Cusp" and Spira Spica's first ending theme "Tune Up."
The The Classroom of a Black Cat and a Witch anime, adapted from Yōsuke Kaneda's manga, is produced by LIDEN FILMS and directed by Naoyuki Tatsuwa. The series airs in the 'Agaru Anime' programming block on CBC, TBS, and other channels, with Crunchyroll providing simulcast streaming. The story follows Spica Virgo, an apprentice witch unable to use magic, who forms a pact with a talking black cat to achieve their respective goals of mastering sorcery and breaking a curse.
