Manga artist Tsuya Tsuya is expanding the world of their long-running series Rakujitsu no Pathos with a brand new spin-off project. Titled Akatsuki no Logos (Logos of the Dawn), the series is set to begin serialization in the upcoming ninth issue of Akita Shoten's Young Champion Retsu magazine, arriving on August 18.
The narrative shifts focus toward Takuma Takumi, an assistant working under Masami Jinbo. In the story, Takuma finds himself navigating a complicated living situation while working alongside Masami, who is a college student and an assistant to the original series' lead, Aki Fujiwara. The plot centers on Takumaβs attempts to maintain professional boundaries while living in a household occupied by the attractive Jinbo sisters.
This new title marks the latest expansion of the franchise, which originally launched in 2014 with Rakujitsu no Pathos. That series, which follows the tense dynamic between an aspiring artist and his former teacher, recently saw its 19th volume published this past May. The author previously explored the franchise's history with the spin-off Tasogare no Ethos, which focused on the backstory of character Makoto Nakaima and concluded its run in late 2025.
