The television anime adaptation of Yuuto Suzuki's Sakamoto Days manga has revealed new production staff and additional cast members for its upcoming second season. The series is slated for a worldwide exclusive release on Netflix in January 2027.
Daisuke Nakajima takes over as director, while Masaki Watanabe, who helmed the first season, will now serve as chief director. Taku Kishimoto returns for series composition, You Moriyama for character design, and Yuuki Hayashi for music. TMS Entertainment is once again producing the anime.
Joining the voice cast are Kikunosuke Toya as Amane Yotsumura, Misa Watanabe as Etsuko Satoda, and Shinshuu Fuji as Satoru Yotsumura. A second teaser visual and promotional video have also been released, offering a glimpse of what's to come.
