The upcoming adaptation of Ryou Ariyama’s Romelia Senki (Romelia War Chronicle) has debuted its first promotional video, offering a glimpse into the high-stakes action fantasy. The series is confirmed for a two-cour run beginning in October 2026, with broadcasts slated for Tokyo MX, BS11, Sun TV, and KBS Kyoto.

Alongside the trailer, the production team introduced four new cast members joining the project: Shouya Chiba will voice Granbell von Andre, Gakuto Kajiwara plays Ragnbell von Gyunos, Ryuunosuke Watanuki takes on the role of Otterheim von Berak, and Shun Horie is set to portray Kyleren von Grenstorm.

Behind the scenes, the series is being helmed by director Hiroshi Shirai, known for his work on Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. The production at studio Atra features series composition by Aya Satsuki, character designs by Yoshiko Saitou and Yuuta Ootaka, and a score composed by KOHTA YAMAMOTO.

Originating as a web novel on Shousetsuka ni Narou in 2019, the franchise has since expanded into a print series published by Shogakukan’s Gagaga Books. The story has also seen a successful manga adaptation illustrated by Ryou Kamito, which has been licensed for English release by Seven Seas Entertainment, further building anticipation for this sprawling fantasy epic.
