Japanese company FuRyu is bringing horror icon Sadako from The Ring franchise into the spotlight with a new collectible figure. Announced Friday, Sadako will be reimagined as a bunny girl, scheduled for release in September.
The figure is part of FuRyu's BiCute Bunnies series, known for its distinctive character designs. Promotional images showcase the terrifying specter in a more playful, albeit still eerie, bunny-themed outfit.
Fans in Japan will be able to acquire the Sadako bunny girl figure through FuRyu's prize crane games. This marks a unique crossover, blending the chilling legacy of one of horror's most famous ghosts with the popular aesthetic of the BiCute Bunnies line.
