Ray Kindo's The Knight of Blasphemy (Tokushin no Chevalier) manga is set to begin its serialization on July 16. The series will debut in the August issue of Kodansha's Monthly Young Magazine in Japan and will simultaneously launch on the K MANGA digital platform.
The manga originated as a one-shot that was featured in Kodansha's special Young Magazine US English issue in August 2025. Readers voted for their favorite titles, with The Knight of Blasphemy securing third place. This strong performance guarantees its serialization on the K MANGA app, alongside other top-ranking entries.
This initiative stems from the success of the Young Magazine US English issue, which celebrated the magazine's 45th anniversary. The special issue featured 18 new series from Japanese artists and was distributed at events like Anime NYC and select Kinokuniya stores. Due to the overwhelming positive response, Kodansha is already planning a second Young Magazine US project, with additional works to be selected based on talent and impact.
