The Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dear Friend film has unveiled a new memorial visual focusing on the character Tomoe Koga. The visual, released via video, features Koga with the poignant tagline, "I like sempai…". This is the latest in a series of weekly memorial visuals celebrating the film, which is set to conclude the anime's story.

The film is slated to premiere in Japanese theaters on October 16. Returning to direct at CloverWorks is Sōichi Masui, with Masahiro Yokotani back to write the script and Satomi Tamura handling character designs. The music will once again be composed by fox capture plan, and Aniplex is distributing.

The returning cast includes Kaito Ishikawa as Sakuta Azusagawa and Asami Seto as Mai Sakurajima, alongside Nao Tōyama as Tomoe Koga and Inori Minase as Shōko Makinohara, among others.

The Rascal Does Not Dream franchise began with a TV anime in 2018, followed by several film adaptations. The original light novel series has surpassed 3 million copies in circulation.
