The television anime adaptation of Psyren has confirmed its broadcast schedule, with the series set to hit airwaves on October 5 at 11:00 p.m. via Tokyo MX, followed by broadcasts on BS11 and Sun TV. Alongside the premiere date, the production team released a new key visual and a main promotional video that offers a first listen to the opening theme, 'WARNING!!' by the musical group CLAN QUEEN.

New additions to the voice cast include Yuuko Kaida, known for her work in Spy x Family, who will voice Matsuri Yakumo, and Nobuyuki Hiyama, recognized for his role in Gachiakuta, who joins as Dolki. They join a production team led by director Katsumi Ono at studio Satelight, with series composition handled by Shin Yoshida and character designs by Shiro Ookuma.

The technical staff has also expanded to include creature designer Yoshitaka Taniguchi, art director Kenichi Tajiri, and sound director Satoshi Motoyama. The musical score for the series is a collaborative effort between Takashi Oomama, Tatsuhiko Saiki, and Shuu Kanematsu.

While the manga concluded its run in 2010, the franchise remains a notable title from the Weekly Shounen Jump era, having been published in English by VIZ Media. With the premiere now locked in for early October, the production is moving into its final promotional phase. Given the long gap between the manga's conclusion and this adaptation, it remains to be seen how the series will balance the original 16-volume narrative within its upcoming broadcast window.
