NIS America has confirmed that Prinny Party: Going Overboard!—known in Japan as Minna de Poitto! Prinny Sugoroku—is making its way to Western markets. The title will be available on Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam, offering players a variety of ways to engage with the franchise's signature chaotic humor.
The gameplay centers on a 4-player board game experience where participants must balance competition and cooperation. Players navigate the board to accumulate experience and construct facilities while actively sabotaging or assisting opponents to take down bosses. To facilitate social play, the Switch 2 version utilizes GameShare, while the Steam release leverages Remote Play Together, allowing users to join matches even if they do not own a copy of the game themselves.
This announcement follows the upcoming Western launch of another Nippon Ichi Software title, Disgaea Mayhem, which arrives on the same platforms on July 23. While Prinny Party: Going Overboard! is scheduled for a November 12 release in Japan, NIS America has yet to provide a specific Western street date. The release will include both English and Japanese audio tracks for fans of the long-running Disgaea spin-off series.
