The long-running Precure franchise is bringing its mascot characters to the big screen for a special educational short titled Petitcure Precure Fairies. Designed to teach children proper movie theater etiquette, the short is scheduled to screen at T-Joy locations beginning July 24.
The production features a staggering lineup of fan-favorite fairies, including iconic mascots like Porun and Mipple from the original series, through to more recent additions like the cast of Wonderful Precure!. Utilizing a non-verbal animation style, the short aims to transcend language barriers, ensuring the message of theater conduct is accessible to the franchise's youngest viewers.
This theatrical debut acts as a precursor to the upcoming film Eiga Meitantei Precure! (Star Detective Precure! The Movie), which is slated for a September 18 release. While the short is now hitting cinemas, the Petitcure project has been active online since March 2025, regularly releasing bite-sized content on its dedicated YouTube channel and social media platforms.
