The Paradox Live multimedia franchise is expanding its roster as it enters its 4th season. The project officially introduced a new rap unit, ILLGATOR, alongside a music video for their debut single, "Daru." The trio consists of Meno Azumi, voiced by Yลซ Serizawa; Noah, voiced by Hiiro Ishibashi; and Akito Yofune, voiced by Hayato Dojima. Fans can catch the group's first live performance at the upcoming Animate Girls Festival 2026 in Ikebukuro this November.
Beyond the new team, the franchise is moving forward with a previously announced film project. Studio GRAPH77, known for their work on Shikaku, is handling production for the feature. The story is set to expand the scope of the series significantly, incorporating 29 characters across nine teams, including groups like Visty, Amprule, 1Nm8, and GokuLuck that were absent from the 2023 television adaptation.
This expansion follows a busy period for the franchise, which continues to balance music releases, stage plays, and animation. While the television series, which aired in late 2023 and was streamed by Crunchyroll, focused on a specific set of performers, the upcoming 4th season arc and film project appear to be integrating the wider cast of the multimedia project into the core narrative. With the stage productions Road to Legend -RAGE- and -FATE- scheduled through early 2027, the franchise is maintaining a steady cadence of content across multiple formats.
