Streaming platform OceanVeil announced it will add the Korean-animated series One-Room TA to its library starting November 13 at 10:00 a.m. PST. According to a report by Anime News Network, this release represents the platform's first acquisition of a Korean animation project, signaling an expansion beyond its traditional focus on Japanese anime. Produced by Laftel, the series is an adaptation of the webtoon by creator Jibung. The story centers on university student U-yun Song, voiced by Beom-sik Shin, who begins a relationship with his graduate teaching assistant, Jin-hyeong Woo, voiced by Seong-woo Kang. Upon moving into a shared one-room apartment, U-yun discovers that Jin-hyeong is an avid fan of boys-love novels who enjoys reenacting romantic tropes. The voice cast also features Eui-jin Jung as Eun-oh Ji. OceanVeil intends to stream the uncensored version of the series, with new episodes arriving weekly until the finale on December 25. The series previously premiered on the Laftel platform in South Korea on August 28, 2026. Viewers interested in the source material can access the official English version of the webtoon via Lezhin.
