Streaming libraries expanded this week with a mix of classic OVAs and experimental shorts.

Choegang Top Plate and Mix Master: Final Force have both arrived on Amazon with dub and sub options; the former follows a team of heroes battling evil, while the latter serves as the second season of the card-battle franchise.

Papillon Rose is now available on both HIDIVE and Hulu, picking up one year after the events of the original OVA in a devastated Kabuki-cho.

Crunchyroll has added five distinct titles to its catalog. Kowabon offers a collection of tech-focused horror shorts, while Horror News centers on a middle schooler who finds his skepticism of the paranormal challenged.

History buffs can now stream Dallos, the 1983 Studio Pierrot production that holds the distinction of being the world's first OVA series and the directorial debut of Mamoru Oshii.
