Crunchyroll has bolstered its Eureka Seven collection by adding the first and third installments of the Hi-Evolution film trilogy. Eureka Seven Hi-Evolution 1 explores the origins of the series' earth-shattering "First Summer of Love" incident, while Eureka Seven Hi-Evolution 3 concludes the narrative arc involving the virtual world created by Eureka.
Also arriving on Crunchyroll is the gritty action OVA Double Hard, which follows two fighters as they clash with a dangerous bike gang. The title is a notable look at 90s-era delinquent action aesthetics.
YouTube's anime offerings have grown significantly with five new additions. Studio 4°C’s music video Survival, created for the band Glay, showcases the studio's distinct visual flair. The platform also added Do as the Fish Tells You, a poignant short by Onohana produced during her time at the Tokyo University of the Arts, and the 2014 Mainichi Film Award-winning short Crazy Little Thing.
Rounding out the YouTube batch are two music-focused entries: the visual accompaniment to whiteeeen's Ai Uta: Since 2007 and the animated music video for Sangatsu no Phantasia’s Cobalt World.
