"Zettai 15-byou Animation!" is an anthology from the Japan Animation Association's Into Animation 7 festival. "Oh Dear" presents a short narrative about a girl running away from home after an argument, while "PLAYGROUND" follows a lonely boy who decides to build his own town in a sandlot.
