Epic Games has confirmed that the upcoming season of Fortnite Battle Royale, titled 'Treasure Hunters,' will feature a collaboration with the One Piece franchise. According to a trailer released by the developer, the event will introduce several members of the Straw Hat Pirates, including Monkey D. Luffy, Roronoa Zoro, Nami, Usopp, and Sanji, alongside Buggy the Clown. Additional promotional visuals from Epic Games confirm that Nico Robin and Ace will also be featured, with the Going Merry ship serving as a prominent addition to the game. The update is scheduled to launch on November 1.
This collaboration continues a trend of integrating anime properties into the game, particularly those originating from Weekly Shonen Jump. Previous partnerships include Naruto ShippΕ«den (2021), Dragon Ball and My Hero Academia (2022), Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War (2025), and Black Clover (2026). Outside of the Shonen Jump catalog, the game has also featured collaborations with Attack on Titan and Cowboy Bebop.
