The third film in the original Naruto movie series, Naruto the Movie 3: Guardians of the Crescent Moon Kingdom, is now available to stream on Crunchyroll with both English dub and subtitle options.
Set after episode 196 of the original series, this standalone adventure sees Naruto and his teammates escorting a prince to his homeland, the Crescent Moon Kingdom, only to find themselves embroiled in a bizarre circus-like conflict involving animals and unusual outfits. Studio Pierrot, the animation studio behind the entire original Naruto anime, produced the film.
While not essential viewing for the main plot, the movie provides a fun, self-contained diversion for fans eager for more content featuring the early cast. It’s a chance to see the familiar shinobi in a different, lighter-hearted scenario.
