TV Tokyo has announced a live-action television adaptation of Peki Aoi's My Cold Co-worker Obsessively Loves Me manga. The series is slated for a July 8 premiere on the BS TV Tokyo channel.

Former Takarazuka Revue actress Karen Yui takes on the role of Ayaka Hanazawa, with Yasunari Fujibayashi portraying Midori Miyajima. The story centers on Ayaka, an office worker with the unique ability to discern people's true feelings by their scent. She becomes intrigued by her quiet colleague Midori, who she cannot 'read' due to his lack of scent, only to discover his hidden affection for her.

The manga, originally titled Dry na Dōki no Dekiai Heki, debuted on WWWave Corporation's ComicFesta website in November 2022. The third compiled volume was released in September 2025, with the fourth volume scheduled for August 18. Kadokawa's BookWalker platform is handling the digital English release of the manga.
