Dorothy Odoroo's comedy manga, Mr. Vamp is a Vampire, has officially concluded its serialization. The final chapter was published on Thursday via Kodansha's digital platform, Comic Days.
The series, which began in March 2023, was serialized simultaneously in Kodansha's Morning two magazine and on Comic Days. The story centers on "Mr. Vamp," an immortal vampire who takes on a new career as a high school history teacher in Japan. Despite his efforts to blend in, his true nature is apparent to his students and colleagues, who humor him by playing along with his charade, leading to comedic situations.
Kodansha USA is handling the English release of the manga. The second compiled volume was released in Japan on November 21, and the first English volume is slated for release in Fall.
