The 13th episode of Mr. Osomatsu Season 4, titled "The Matsuno Ten," which did not originally air with the rest of the season, has now begun streaming in Japan. This unaired episode first saw a limited theatrical run from June 6-11 as part of the "10th ANNIVERSARY OSOMATSUSAN SPECIAL 6DAYS" event. The fourth season of the comedy series, animated by Pierrot Films, featured the return of the main cast, including Takahiro Sakurai, YÅ«ichi Nakamura, Hiroshi Kamiya, Jun Fukuyama, Daisuke Ono, and Miyu Irino as the Osomatsu sextuplets.

Mr. Osomatsu Season 4 originally premiered in Fall 2025, with Yoshinori Odaka serving as director. The series is based on Fujio Akatsuka's classic manga and follows the adult lives of the mischievous Matsuno sextuplets. The franchise has a long history, including three previous anime seasons, a film, and even live-action adaptations.
