Amuse Creative Studio has officially announced an anime adaptation of Mika Pikazo's Re:bel Robotica mixed media project. The studio plans to unveil teaser footage and further details about the upcoming anime during a panel at Anime Expo on July 4th. Amuse Creative Studio will also host a booth at the convention.

The anime is set to tell an original story within the established world of the Re:bel Robotica project. The premise is described as a near-future Tokyo in 2050, where advancements in information technology have promised a comfortable life. The narrative centers on Shibuya and an enigmatic girl named Lily, whose existence is poised to disrupt the world.

Mika Pikazo initially launched the Re:bel Robotica project as a dōjin work in 2017. The project expanded in 2019 with publishing company ARCH, leading to several novelizations, including Ryō Yoshigami's "Re:bel Robotica Episode #β One day." and "Re:bel Robotica 0," as well as Gakuto Mikumo's "Re:bel Robotica."

Pikazo is a prominent artist recognized for her character designs for VTubers like Kaguya Luna and Hakoz Baelz, and for characters in the Fate/Grand Order mobile game. She also served as the character designer for Nintendo's Fire Emblem Engage and provided original character designs for the World Dai Star project, which inspired the Stella of the Theater: World Dai Star anime.
