MediaOCD has expanded its online catalog through a new sales agreement with Aniplex of America. The partnership allows the retailer to offer a curated selection of physical media directly to consumers, with the initial rollout focusing on high-profile action titles.
Collectors have access to the complete Gurren Lagann Blu-ray box set, which bundles the original 27-episode television run alongside both feature films: Childhood's End and The Lights in the Sky Are Stars. The collection also features the special sixth-episode variations. Additionally, the 4K Ultra HD release of the films is available, featuring the 15th-anniversary 4K remasters and the English dub produced for the 2024 North American theatrical revival.
Beyond the Gurren Lagann library, the store has added both seasons of the fantasy series Mashle: Magic and Muscles. While these titles are available via MediaOCD, they remain widely accessible across major streaming platforms. Mashle currently holds an 81/100 rating on AniList, while the classic Gurren Lagann maintains a strong 87/100 on the same platform. This move provides collectors with a new avenue to acquire physical copies of these Aniplex-licensed properties.
