The upcoming third season of Mashle: Magic and Muscles has unveiled its production staff and a teaser promotional video. The new season is slated for a January 2027 premiere.
Returning to direct is Tomoya Tanaka, with Yousuke Kuroda on series composition and script. Chiaki Furuzumi and Kento Toya will handle character and sub-character designs, respectively. Mayuko Yamamoto is designing monsters, while Azusa Sasaki oversees color design. The animation studio remains A-1 Pictures, with Masaru Yokoyama composing the music and Satoshi Motoyama serving as sound director.
The teaser promo was revealed during Aniplex of America's Industry Panel at Anime Expo 2026. The Mashle manga by Hajime Koumoto concluded its run in Weekly Shounen Jump in July 2023, with VIZ Media handling its English release.
As one of the most popular shonen series, Mashle blends action, comedy, and fantasy elements. Its previous seasons have garnered significant attention, and the announcement of a third season carries high expectations for fans eager to see more of Mash's magical muscle-bound adventures.
