MAPPA has produced a new promotional video to mark the release of the third and final volume of Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo, a spinoff manga from Jujutsu Kaisen creator Gege Akutami. The short video, released to celebrate the manga's conclusion, carries the tagline "End the cycle of curses."

The promotional animation features voice work from Junya Enoki as Yūji Itadori and Nobunaga Shimazaki as Mahito. Shun Miyakawa directed the video, with character designs by Sota Yamazaki and production by Masato Matsunaga. No announcement regarding a full anime adaptation of the Modulo manga was made.

Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo launched as a short-term serialization last September, with its final volume shipping this past Friday. The manga is described as taking place 68 years after the Culling Game, introducing an alien race called the Simurians and focusing on two new jujutsu sorcerers, Yuka and Tsurugi Okkotsu. Both Viz Media's Shonen Jump platform and Shueisha's MANGA Plus service have released the manga in English.

The main Jujutsu Kaisen manga, also by Akutami, premiered in March 2018 and concluded in September 2024. The anime adaptation's first season aired in 2020, followed by subsequent seasons, with the most recent season, Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3: The Culling Game Part 1, beginning in January 2024. Crunchyroll streams the anime internationally, excluding Asia.
