The Bugle Call: Song of War manga is getting a TV anime adaptation, with production company CyberAgent launching an official website to announce the project. The anime is slated to premiere in 2027.

Shinya Watada is directing the series, with Michihiro Tsuchiya handling series composition and Michinori Chiba on character design. The staff also includes action animator Hiroshi Arisawa, concept designer Kanetake Ebikawa, and prop designer Takayuki Yanase. Music will be composed by Hitomi Koto, and CG production will be handled by Shirogumi, with Studio CA Soa animating.

The military fantasy manga by Mozuku Sora and Higoro Toumori began serialization in Jump SQ. in September 2022 and will move to Jump SQ.Rise in Summer 2026. Viz Media licensed the series in English in October 2024. The story follows Luca, a bugler in a mercenary company who dreams of becoming a musician but is drawn into a large-scale war due to his unique ability to see sound.

A teaser visual and promotional video have been released, offering a first look at the anime's aesthetic. The official website and X (formerly Twitter) account have also been launched.
