Aniplex has launched an official website for the television anime adaptation of NullMeta, a 4-koma comedy manga by Kokamumo. The project is currently slated for a 2027 release. Animation studio Soigne is producing the series, with Kai Ikarashi serving as director. The production staff also includes Tatsuya Takahashi for series composition and Shin Ogasawara for character design. The source material, which originated from web comics posted by the author in 2018, began its formal serialization in Manga Time Kirara MAX in December 2019. Houbunsha released the sixth volume of the manga on January 27. The story follows an android named Kurumi, her guardian Chiaki, and their classmates Sakina and Shiyuki as they navigate daily life.
