Author Ukami confirmed via social media that the series will conclude its serialization in the October issue of Comic Dengeki Daioh "g" magazine. The manga, which first debuted in December 2013, has become a staple of the magazine, with ASCII Media Works recently publishing its 16th volume.
The series gained significant popularity following a 12-episode television anime adaptation produced by Doga Kobo, which aired during the Winter 2017 season. The show, which follows the comedic exploits of a top-tier angel turned gaming-obsessed shut-in, also spawned two additional special episodes. For international viewers, the series was made available via Crunchyroll.
While the source material reaches its finale, the English release continues to progress under Yen Press, who licensed the title in 2017. With the 15th volume already available and the 16th volume slated for a mid-December release, readers have a clear path to completing their collections. The story of Gabriel White Tenma and her eccentric circle of angelic and demonic friends leaves behind a legacy as a standout entry in the comedy genre.
