The 2014 supernatural comedy Magimoji Rurumo has arrived on Crunchyroll, complete with English dub and subtitle options. The series follows high school student Kouta Shibaki, who, after a mishap, is branded the school pervert and finds his life in turmoil.
From J.C.Staff, the studio behind hits like Toradora! and Food Wars!, the 12-episode anime adapts the manga of the same name. Kouta's desperate attempt to escape his predicament leads him to summon Rurumo, an apprentice witch, whose magic inadvertently causes even more chaos, blending episodic magical mishaps with school-life comedy and ecchi elements.
As a completed series from the Summer 2014 season, Magimoji Rurumo offers a self-contained comedic experience. Its sequel OVA, Majimoji Rurumo: Kanketsu-hen, is not yet listed on the platform.
